Support:

Support work can include:

• Adding new ranges (inc images, costs, markups, on-page SEO, sizes, etc.)
• Speaking with your staff and giving them over the phone training.
• Sending email training videos to your staff.
• Sending emails out for you.
• Doing the donkey work on text messages (so you just pay for the texts themselves).
• Building new landing pages.
• Adding new features we have built for ourselves.
• Putting new home banners up for you (per your guidance).

If you don’t ring us we will comb through the site with the focus or doing the jobs that will give you most benefit.

Maintenance:

As part of the Support & Maintenance 8 hours we will update the site with new features and maintain the site at no extra cost.
