Can you help me update my existing website?

No. All our websites are built from scratch, to suit our clients requirements.
Once the website is up and running, how can I add new products or change prices?

Our CMS (Content Management System) is located in a secure Admin area that allows you to quickly amend prices yourself, very easily. You can also add, delete or suspend products. And if you have the appropriate software you can process and upload your own images.
What if I don’t have the time or personnel to make changes?

Don’t worry, we can help. Its easier than its ever been with us. Also, we can provide a range of Maintenance Plans to suit your requirements to keep your website content up to date with your current products.
How do I change prices on items?

You simply log in to the Admin area and select the product you want to amend, then change the price and click the upload button, simple.
What if I have a sale planned?

When you add a product and input the price details you can also input the sale prices at the same time. When your sale begins, its easy to switch to the sale prices of all your items in one go, just by a few clicks using our Price Switch control panel.
If I decide on an eCommerce website, can you explain what a merchant account is?

To enable you to accept credit cards you will require a merchant account or you can opt to use a third party processing service such a PayPal.
Will the website be Search Engine Friendly?

We take time to include many background details that will help with SEO. Do not be fooled into paying large sums for so-called ‘guaranteed’ search engine listings. Most search engine’s work is initiated by ‘bots’ not humans, so it can take a few weeks for your site to show up in listings.
How will I know if people are visiting my website?

You can use Google Analytics with our websites. This shows you how many people visit your website, where they came from, and even what they were searching for on Google to find you.
